All our products are made in the USA
Check the tracking information first to see if it has been delivered. If it says it was delivered but never received, wait a few more days. Sometimes USP products are delivered late or accidentally scanned. Then give us a call or email about your order’s whereabouts!

What if my order is defective, the wrong size, or the wrong product?
Email us the attached photo and we’ll send a replacement within 72 business hours!
Please wait up to one week after the order is sent back to our factory. Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to appear in your paypal or bank.
