Sport Fan Global respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Filing a DMCA notice
If you believe content on sportfanglobal.com infringes your copyright, please email our designated agent at support@sportfanglobal.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice” and include:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- The URL(s) of the material you claim is infringing;
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
When we receive a complete notice, we will review it promptly and remove or disable access to the material where appropriate.
Counter-notice
If you believe material you posted was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address with your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your name, address and phone number with consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district.
